Invite to Potential Members

Needham Market Internet Cafe - Community Interest Company

As part of trying to keep people involved in the project, we are looking for people who want to become members of the organisation.

The company is formed and the legal form is a Company Limited by Guarantee - Community Interest Company.

This locks the company into 'non-profit' status; solidifies the concept of democracy into the organisation's management and structure; and keeps the organisation open while enhancing the opportunity for community involvement.

In the case of a Company Limited by Guarantee, members’ liability is limited. In this case that liability is limited to a maximum of £1.

So, this is an invitation to those who feel they have something to offer (or who just want to show support / enthusiasm for the project).

Anyone who thinks they might like to become a member of the organisation, or who just wants to find out more, should write to us. We will then forward additional information and we can take it from there.
